3DEXPERIENCE is unable to be installed.

 3DEXPERIENCE is unable to be installed. Error Occurs:-

 why this error occurs:-

This error occurs due to loss of host file in c drive.

which was missing.

i have resolve this issue by following steps:-

Solutions:-

# first open window explorer :

# open c: drive and follow this path

path:- C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

 # open the host file in notepad and copy this text:

 

{# localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
#    127.0.0.1       localhost
#    ::1             localhost
    127.0.0.1       dslauncher.3ds.com # Added by Dassault Systemes. Do not modify this line.
    ::1             dslauncher.3ds.com # Added by Dassault Systemes. Do not modify this line.}
 

 

#  save file on desktop or any other folder with hosts file name.

# After save this file. go to c drive. and follow this path

 path:- C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

 # delete the old hosts file and copy new file.

# restart your  PC and Run 3dexperince 

and   3DEXPERIENCE  launcher can be run.
